Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from KIGO. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with returns and exchanges.
1. General Return Policy

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping Cost: For all returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, like-new condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

Returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Free from any damage.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is rejected, a refund will not be issued, and you may choose to have the product shipped back to you at your own expense.
3. How to Start a Return

Request a Return: Please contact our support team at wzian7719@gmail.com or use the self-serve portal (available for US & Canada customers) to initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Receive Instructions: If your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and work with you to issue a full refund or send a replacement.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your item.
6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, the difference will be refunded.
7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description.

All discounted or bundled items from major sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
8. International Customers (Outside the US & Canada)

Refunds for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes must be sought from your local customs authority. We cannot reimburse these fees.
