Return Policy for sinokigo
At sinokigo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. Customized or perishable items (e.g., certain electronics) are non-returnable.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee in the U.S.; no fee in Taiwan or Singapore if within 7 days.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at support@sinokigo.com within the return period.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided in the RMA email using a tracked service.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
- U.S.: Buyer pays return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Taiwan/Singapore: Free return shipping if returned within 7 days due to product defect; otherwise, buyer pays.
Exceptions: Items damaged due to misuse or beyond the return period are not eligible. For defective products, please report within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
